Compare collection activity
Active Ops includes weekly/monthly collection trends and equal-duration comparisons in Reports. Processor-confirmed receipts, merchant-confirmed external receipts, credits and Recover principal remain separate, as do currencies. Receipt corrections belong to their recorded period; a lower outstanding balance alone does not establish a payment.
Use cohorts and exports
Active Ops Pro adds receipt cohorts, review durations and collection CSV exports. Financial exports require an Owner. Time to first recorded receipt measures an observed receipt, including one later corrected; it does not measure full settlement or prove that a reminder caused payment. Existing Recover reports remain separate.
Manage your notifications
Workspace notifications link to the relevant balance, review, message or payment exception. Read state is personal to each current member: marking your items read does not mark them read for teammates. Workspace preferences control supported notification categories; a notification does not itself approve or send a collection request.
