Who can approve a response?

Know each role

• Analysts prepare evidence and drafts.
• Reviewers check and approve responses.
• Owners can review and approve, and manage Recover terms, Stripe connections, and team invitations.

Invite an Analyst or Reviewer

An Owner opens Team in Settings, enters the teammate’s email, chooses Analyst or Reviewer from Role, then selects Create invitation. Share the one-time invitation link with that teammate.

Approve a response

On an approvable chargeback draft, an Owner or Reviewer checks the claims and selects Approve and submit to Stripe. This queues submission. Analysts can prepare the response but do not approve it.
