Recover requires no monthly subscription. The fee on confirmed eligible recoveries is 20% without a subscription, 15% with active Ops access, or 10% with active Ops Pro access.

Setup

Get started in three steps.

Bring your Stripe disputes, supporting evidence, and recovery tracking into one workspace.

  1. Create or sign in to your Resolvely account.
  2. Create a workspace or choose one already available to you.
  3. Authorize the Stripe account you want to connect. Recover terms are included in workspace signup.

When Stripe Smart Disputes is enabled, choose which product handles each case and avoid submitting a response from both tools. Read the coordination guide.
